Heidi Dexter

As Director of Experiences, Heidi is responsible for hospitality, environment, staff development, and patient outreach.

Heidi joined Beauty Culture in its infancy, and boasts an extensive background in customer service. Her enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment, and her professionalism, elevate every patient interaction. She has a natural optimism that energizes our team. She loves inspiring patients, and creating memorable experiences.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts, from Providence College (forever a Friar), has an appetite for professional growth, and is an avid reader. She seeks to creatively reimagine hospitality as Beauty Culture grows. Time away from the office is best enjoyed tracking her sports car, or visiting the Upper Peninsula, where she grew up.
