She has an extensive background in customer service and a lifelong interest in aesthetics, so Beauty Culture is a natural fit, uniting them both. Heidi is welcoming, professional, and curious, with a desire to elevate every situation. Heidi joined Beauty Culture in its infancy.  As a previous patient, she understands the importance of creating a positive and memorable experience.
