Refund Policy
All spa service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services provided or products purchased. If for any reason the product you receive has a manufacturing defect please contact our office to discuss replacement. Used products will not be accepted. Refunds “if applicable“ – The only time we provide a refund of your purchase of a Medical Spa service, is if the purchased/deposited service has yet to be performed and the request is submitted within 30 days of original payment. After 30 days, your deposit/payment is non-returnable. However, the amount may be used in the form of spa credit. Any refund of deposit/payment towards a service warrants immediate cancellation of the associated scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I agree to contact my Provider and/or Beauty Culture MedSpa at least 24 hours in advance if I need to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment. I understand that if I fail to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment within the required 24 hour time frame or fail to attend my appointment without informing my Provider and/or Beauty Culture Med Spa, I will be charged a non-refundable $100 “No-Show” fee. I understand that if I arrive more than 10 minutes late for my appointment that services may not be able to be rendered due to time restraints or that I may need to reschedule my appointment to allow for proper time for services to be performed.
Deposit Policy
Deposits may be required for certain services. In the event of 2 consecutive cancellations and/or no-shows, forfeiture of your deposit in its entirety will be enforced.
